When the NFL schedules were announced back in May, we knew the Raiders' schedule was going to be bipolar. That's exactly how it has started, and the Raiders record has reflected that. They opened up against three of the worst teams in football this season and then had four straight against some of the best teams in football. The result was 3-0 to start out and 0-4 since.
Seven games in, there are ten games remaining, and the bipolar nature of their schedule continues. Resulting in what amounts to be a strength of schedule that falls right in the middle.

Next up for the Raiders is the 2-5 New York Jets. That's basically the calm in the eye of the storm because right after
that it's the 49ers, Seahawks, Broncos, and surprising Browns. Those four teams have a combined record of 20-8 this season.
Then the Raiders hit their bye week. After that, three of their last five games are against the Chargers, Titans, and Cardinals which have a combined record of 3-17. With the other two division rival matchups with the Broncos and Chiefs.
So, if the Raiders were to beat all the teams they should and lose to the others, they would go 4-6 the rest of the way and finish 7-10 for the season.
