Is there anyone in sports who is more likable than Fernando Mendoza? The Raiders top pick QB has products and companies beating down his door to have him as the face of the campaigns. The latest is State Farm to perfectly capture the boyish charm and sense of humor of the former Indiana star QB.
Behold, the 'Vegas Changes a Man' State Farm ad.
State Farm is keying on the fact that he is just the type of guy even Sin City can't corrupt. But that Mendoza's idea of cutting loose is still so adorably wholesome. And the best part is how much Fernando 'gets it' and perfectly delivers the comedy.
The Hoosiers National Championship QB joins his former head coach Curt Cignetti in being a spokesperson for State Farm. In their 'Happy Coach' ad, they key on Cignetti's
penchant for never really looking like he's happy.
Also, if you haven't seen Mendoza's Taco Bell ad, you really should see that one as well.
