The Las Vegas Raiders have made a pair of roster moves ahead of their Week 2 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers.
The Raiders elevated tight end Chris Myarick and wide receiver Cody White from the practice squad, adding depth to their roster ahead of Sunday’s game.
Myarick provides the Raiders with another tight end for a game in which the team may require another contributor with Brock Bowers doubtful to play due to a knee injury. The veteran Myarick played five offensive snaps and three special teams snaps in Las Vegas’ season opener.
White supplies the Raiders with an additional receiver for their game-day roster. He also played in the opener for Las Vegas and was targeted once, but went without a reception. The Raiders have several key
contributors in their wide receiver room, including Tre Tucker, Jalen Nailor, Jack Bech and Malik Benson, which White now joins.
Both players will be available for Sunday’s matchup against the Chargers as the Raiders seek to improve to 2-0 on the year.
