Man, it seems like every week the Raiders have to try and cool down a player who is red hot. The latest is Patriots QB Drake Maye who is was just named Week 4 Offensive Player of the Week.

Maye threw for 269 yards with three touchdowns and one interception is a big 29-26 win over a tough Bills team on Sunday. Giving the Raiders plenty to think about when they face off against him this Sunday.
This is the third game in a row the Raiders will face an offensive player coming in hot like this. Last week they faced the Chiefs with RB Kenneth Walker fresh off Player of the Month honors and leading the league in rushing. Then Walker went out and put up 177 yards and two touchdowns against them, widening his lead in the race for the NFL rushing title.
The week prior it was the Saints and QB Tyler Shough who, at the time, was leading the NFL in passing. And his top receiver Chris Olave was second in the NFL in receiving. They had success against the Raiders, but several turnovers in the fourth quarter helped get the Raiders the win.
Can the Raiders defense cool down the reigning Offensive Player of the Week? Maye looked pretty bad the previous three weeks. Does this mean he's turned things around? Or will he revert to his previous performances? The Raiders will have some say in that.
