One way to enjoy the Sunday clash between the Bills and the Raiders is to pick a side. But picking the players who could do the damage is a whole different level of fun, and BetMGM has four prop bets worth a closer look.
Buffalo is averaging 32.8 points per game, and Las Vegas is scoring 26.4. The Raiders have tagged underdogs in recent weeks, but these picks focus on what individual players could do, not which team is coming out on top. Here are four to consider.
James Cook over 92.5 rushing yards (-115)
BetMGM has Cook’s rushing line at 92.5 yards, and he has cleared it in three of his first five games. His 532 yards rank third among NFL running backs, and he is averaging 5.6 yards per carry. Las Vegas is giving up 140.6 rushing yards per game, with its defense exposed again against
New England.
The matchup favors Cook, but his workload is worth watching. He fumbled twice against the Rams, and Bills coach Joe Brady has warned that more ball-security mistakes could cost him carries. Cook still has a strong case for the over, provided Buffalo keeps feeding him.
Josh Allen anytime touchdown (-150)
Allen has eight rushing touchdowns through five games, and his 239 rushing yards lead all NFL quarterbacks. He ran for 121 yards against the Rams, another reminder of how often Buffalo uses his legs to finish drives.
The -150 price is steep. A $150 winning wager returns $100 in profit, and an Allen touchdown pass does not count toward this bet. Still, his rushing role makes his anytime-touchdown line worth considering.
Brock Bowers anytime touchdown (+100)
Even money on the Raiders’ leading receiving threat is hard to pass up. Bowers has scored a touchdown in all three of his appearances, with receiving totals of 116, 86, and 110 yards. His 24 catches and 312 yards show how consistently Kirk Cousins looks his way.
Buffalo has allowed 13 touchdown passes in five games. Bowers is a natural target when Las Vegas gets close to the goal line, although three straight games with a score do not guarantee a fourth.
Kirk Cousins over 242.5 passing yards (-115)
Cousins has thrown for 1,269 yards and 12 touchdowns this season. His passing totals over the last four games are 253, 248, 365, and 243 yards, all above BetMGM’s 242.5-yard line. That is a strong run of production for a number set below his 253.8-yard season average.
Buffalo has given opponents chances through the air, and the Raiders may have to lean on Cousins if the running game stalls. He should get opportunities to clear the number, though pressure up front remains a concern.
