Analysis:
O'Connell will be the emergency third QB. Luter was just claimed off waivers the weeks ago. Tristin McCollum rightfully gets the nod over fifth rounder Dalton Johnson. Tommy Eichenberg and Segun Olubi will be the primary backups at LB. Cabeldue was just claimed off waivers from the Seahawks days ago. Bowers had a meniscus trim and was ruled OUT on the team's final injury report. Pegues is buried on a deep DT depth chart.
