Each of the 16 players the Raiders signed to fill out their practice squad had been with the team in training camp and preseason.

Many of the additions are rookies, which is not surprising considering they had 30 rookies on the roster at one point. Veterans include RB Dare Ogunbowale, WR Deven Thompkins, TE Albert Okwuegbunam Jr., TE Chris Myarick, C Will Putnam, DE Jahfari Harvey, and CB Greedy Vance.
