Next week the Raiders report for training camp, marking the start of a long 2026 season. Before that, however, Brock Bowers had something he needed to do. The All Pro tight end took a knee...and proposed to his long time girlfriend in Napa where he grew up and where the two met some six years ago.
Bowers posted the video on his instagram page in a wholesome moment which seemed to catch his now fiancée Cameron Newell completely off guard.
Brock and Cameron met in Napa back in 2020, just prior to his heading for Georgia for college. Now six years later, Bowers is entering his third season in the NFL.
It's been quite a six years for Brock. Including two National Championships, three All American nods, two Mackey Awards, a first round selection into
the NFL, breaking multiple rookie records, and an All Pro nod. Now he's taking his life to the next level, while also attempting to take his career to the next level.
Congrats to Brock and Cameron on their engagement. And thanks for sharing the moment with us.
