I could have probably pre-wrote this piece on Sunday. But it's official now -- Dylan Laube is the AFC Special Teams Player of the Week for Week 8. He earned it with his heroics that helped thrust the Raiders to a win over the Jets.

Laube came into last Sunday leading the league with 31.1 yards per kick return. He upped his average in a big way when he went 95 yards on one kick return for a touchdown. He added a special teams tackle and the threat he presented led to the Jets kicking one out of bounds for a penalty that gave the Raiders the ball at the 40.
But it's all about that kick return. So, let's watch it again, shall we?

Laube
had been close to breaking several returns this season, so it was great to see him finally go the distance. This honor is well-deserved.
