Each game the Raiders have seemed to pick a player who is coming off a solid week, while picking a player who hadn't yet been named a captain this season.
For Linderbaum, it's more of a culmination thing as he has proven to be the key piece to this Raiders offensive line this season.
Taron Johnson's play running down Kenneth Walker on his 76-yard run has been making the rounds this week. Johnson didn't give up the run, but he showed his speed and relentlessness to catch up to Walker and keep
the long run from being a touchdown. He is rewarded for his efforts with the captain designation.
Gay connected on four field goals in the game -- five if you count the one that ws taken off the board after a penalty. Two of his field goals came from 48 yards out. He is a perfect 10 for 10 on field goals this season.
