Any time a team is coming off a bye, the assumption is they will be able to put their best foot forward against their next opponent. Likewise, their opponent would be at a decided disadvantage. And if you look at recent results, both from the 49ers coming off a bye and the Raiders facing a team coming off a bye, it doesn't look good for Las Vegas.
#49ers have won 6 of their last 7 regular season games coming off a bye. Only loss was 2021 vs Colts #Raiders have lost 11 of 12 when playing a team with an extra week of rest with win coming in 2022 vs Seahawks

Much of these numbers should probably be taken in context. That context being that the 49ers have been very good for a number of years and the Raiders have been very bad. So, obviously, just
based on each team's liklihood of winning any game is going to be lopsided. Though probably not THIS lopsided.
For the 49ers, that means their win percentage over the past seven years jumps from 63% to 85% following a bye.
For the Raiders, their win percentage over the past 12 years drops from 35% to 9% facing a team coming off a bye.
Both of those numbers are significant.
That being said, this says more about the 49ers than the Raiders. Simply because the 49ers have had Kyle Shanahan as head coach through all those years. While the Raiders have a new staff, so you can't really judge what they do based on previous staffs.
What we know, however, is the Raiders have yet to beat a winning team this year, which made beating the 6-1 49ers a tough ask to begin with. And facing them with two weeks to prepare only makes that proposition even less likely.
