The Las Vegas Raiders come home looking to stop a two-game skid, and the oddsmakers aren’t giving them much credit. Las Vegas (3-2) is a five-point underdog against the Buffalo Bills (4-1) for Sunday’s game at Allegiant Stadium.
New England gained 536 yards against Las Vegas on Sunday, exposingcoverage and pass-rush problems the Raiders need to address before facing Josh Allen. Buffalo, meanwhile, comes in after beating the Los Angeles Rams 37-34 in overtime Monday night, with its only defeat this season also coming against the Patriots.

Bills vs. Raiders prediction, pick
Start with the run game, because Buffalo sure will. The Bills ran for 234 yards on 37 carries against the Rams, with Josh Allen picking up 121 yards on 10 carries and James Cook adding 111 yards and two touchdowns. The Raiders gave up 165 rushing yards in New England after allowing 134.5 per game in the first four weeks.
However, Las Vegas does seem to have a way to keep up. Matthew Stafford threw for 383 yards against the Bills on Monday, and Puka Nacua caught 17 passes, so the Buffalo secondary can be beaten. Kirk Cousins entered Week 5 with an NFL-leading 11 touchdown passes, and tight end Brock Bowers has scored in all three games since returning from knee surgery.
Do keep an eye on the Raiders’ injury report before placing anything, though. Ashton Jeanty played through foot and ankle injuries in New England and finished with 27 yards on 10 carries.
Las Vegas cannot afford to be one-dimensional against Buffalo.
The Raiders also scored at least 26 points in each of their first four games. Buffalo has been in shootouts, winning 36-31 in Houston and 37-34 against the Rams, and the Bills will play on a short week after Monday's overtime game.
Las Vegas is 2-0 against the spread at home this season, which makes the points tempting. But the run defense remains vulnerable, and Buffalo will also test a secondary that had to turn to rookie Hezekiah Masses when Darien Porter was injured. Allen and Cook could decide this one late.
Prediction: Bills 31, Raiders 24
Best Bet: Bills -5
