Thursday brought good news and bad news for the Raiders. The good news was DT Tonka Hemingway returned to practice from his concussion, signaling he could be available this week after missing last week against the Bills.
The bad news was RB Mike Washington went from limited to missing with a foot injury.

Several other Raiders players were upgraded on Thursday from Limited to Full including TE Brock Bowers (hamstring/calf), DT Folorunso Fatukasi (shoulder), and T Kolton Miller (shoulder).
The one change for the Rams was WR Puka Nacua suffering a calf injury that had him show up on the injury report. That will be one to watch on Friday to see if it was just a minor thing or something more serious. The Rams are
already without Davante Adams who suffered a hamstring injury that sent him to injured reserve.
Still missing for the Rams were CB Trent McDuffie (groin) and LB Nate Landman (concussion).
