Las Vegas Raiders superstar running back Ashton Jeanty was outstanding in the Week 1 blowout victory over the Miami Dolphins. Jeanty produced 147 yards total yards of offense and two touchdowns. Now, he's already hoping to make franchise history in Week 2 against the Los Angeles Chargers.
With one receiving touchdown against the Chargers, Jeanty would tie the record for the most receiving TDs (8) by a RB in their first 20 career games in the NFL since 1960, according to Raiders PR. He would tie Gary Anderson, Kelvin Bryant, and Dan Reeves. That would be special company for Jeanty to keep.

Jeanty rushed for 102 yards via 23 carries in Week 1. He added six receptions for 45 yards and his aforementioned two touchdowns to his offensive totals. The former Boise State standout is a consistent weapon in the passing game.
Jeanty caught five touchdowns as a rookie. He finished tied for second on the team with Tre Tucker in receiving touchdowns, trailing just Brock Bowers (7). Jeanty's passing-down ability is a huge asset to this Raiders offense.
Expect Jeanty's receiving upside to play a huge role in the Raiders' gameplan for the Chargers game. Hopefully Jeanty makes franchise history in Week 2.
