Fans of the Las Vegas Raiders filled SoFi Stadium with energy Sunday as their team earned a 26-14 road victory over the Los Angeles Chargers. The traveling supporters made their presence known throughout the game, helping to create a familiar atmosphere for the visiting Raiders as they secured a second straight victory to begin the 2026 NFL season.

“Way to show out at SoFi,” Cousins said. “It felt like a home game. Great job. I love playing for you guys.”
Raiders fans in attendance made their presence felt from the opening drive of the game, and raised the decibel meter when Chargers kicker Cameron Dicker missed
the team’s first field goal attempt of the game from 58 yards out. The cheers were even louder when rookie Hezekiah Masses recorded an interception in the first quarter off of a bobbled pass from David Njoku. More of the same occurred when Tre Tucker broke the game open in the end zone off of a heave from Cousins in the second quarter and the noise level persisted throughout the game.
Cousins turned in a strong performance against the Chargers, completing 19 of 29 passes for 253 yards with three touchdowns and one interception. He connected with Cody White for a 13-yard touchdown in the third quarter, then found White again for an 11-yard touchdown in the fourth to ice the win for Las Vegas. Cousins’ steady decision-making and timely throws allowed the Raiders to control the game down the stretch and finish with nine unanswered points.
The win elevated Las Vegas to 2-0 on the year and gave the team an early edge in the AFC West standings. The Raiders also improved to 1-0 in divisional play while dropping the Chargers to 0-2 on the season and 0-1 in the division.
