For the third straight week the Raiders open as underdogs. They were able to beat the odds both the previous two times against the Chargers and Saints. Can they dod it again with the rival Chiefs coming to town?
Raiders opening odds Week 4 vs Chiefs
The Chiefs open as 4.5-point favorites in Las Vegas over the Raiders. Though it's important to note that the Chargers were 6.5-point favorites over the Raiders in Week 2. The Chiefs come in as a much stronger team, but the Raiders are also gaining respect and therefore the line is not as much as it was at that time.
That's because the Raiders are one of the most surprising 3-0 teams in the league. So even facing the also 3-0 Chiefs, the oddsmakers are not entirely sure what to make of this Raiders team.
As of this moment, most believe the Chiefs being undefeated is no big surprise. But the Raiders are shocking a lot of people.
If the Raiders can shock the Chiefs, they might just see a few more games where they are favored. But that week is not this week.
