Las Vegas Raiders edge rusher Maxx Crosby is among the great players in the NFL at his position. Last season came with its share of challenges for Crosby, but that has not diminished the esteem that he is held in among his peers.
CBS Sports ranked Crosby No. 5 overall in their edge defender rankings this year.

Myles Garrett (No. 1), Micah Parsons (No. 2), Will Anderson Jr. (No. 3) and Aidan Hutchinson (No. 4) were all ranked above Crosby.
Crosby recorded 10 sacks, an interception and two forced fumbles last season. The veteran edge rusher also recorded 28
tackles for loss in 2025. He was the bright spot on the Las Vegas Raiders’ roster last season, and despite the team finishing with the worst record in the league (3-14), and missing two games on the year, was still one of the most relentless edge rushers in getting after the quarterback.
