The 49ers ruled out wide receivers Mike Evans, Deebo Samuel, and Christian Kirk on their Friday injury report, and the betting market barely blinked. If anything, it moved the other way, with BetMGM's spread climbing from 8.5 to 9.5 since early in the week.
Edge rusher Nick Bosa explains part of that. He practiced fully on Friday and carries no injury designation after missing five games with a calf injury. Christian McCaffrey, who was limited by a hamstring injury early in the week, is off the report, too.
Bettors are nearly split on the spread, with 52% of bets and 54% of the money on San Francisco. The total is another story, as 70% of bets and 77% of the money are riding the over, which has climbed from 50.5 to 52 at BetMGM.
The Raiders ruled
out defensive tackle Thomas Booker (ankle), while cornerback Darien Porter (groin) is questionable.

Raiders vs. 49ers prediction, pick
History hasn't been kind to the 49ers coming out of a week off, at least for bettors. San Francisco is 12-23-2 against the spread after a bye in the Super Bowl era, per ESPN's Pamela Maldonado. Even this season, the 49ers are 6-1 straight up but just 4-3 against the spread.
They also haven't been running teams out of their own building. Two of their four home wins came by six points, against the Arizona Cardinals and Washington Commanders.
As for the Raiders, they travel better than they host. They are 3-1 on the road and 1-3 at home, with road wins over the Chargers, Saints and Jets. The offense has also put up 26 or more points in six of its eight games, so keeping pace is rarely the problem.
Tight end Brock Bowers is the matchup piece that keeps them in it. When lined up out wide, he has caught 20 of his 28 targets for 292 yards and three touchdowns. Kirk Cousins owns a 140.8 passer rating throwing to him there, per ESPN.
The total deserves a look, too. The Raiders have allowed 27 or more points in six straight games, the longest such streak in franchise history, per ESPN. A 31-24 final would land just over 52, but the Raiders' side of the spread is the cleaner play.
The 49ers should win, but an offense that keeps finding Bowers on the perimeter has enough to stay inside the number.
