The San Francisco 49ers wrapped up their final practice in the United States before their travel to Australia for their Week 1 matchup with the Los Angeles Rams.
For Wednesday's session, the 49ers got defensive end Nick Bosa back at practice. He's been dealing with tendinitis in his knee, which is related to the season-ending torn ACL he suffered in Week 3 last year.
After the session, Bosa he felt great at practice, and while he wouldn't commit to playing against the Rams, he expects to be out there.
This is huge news for San Francisco, as they finished last year with the fewest sacks in the league, and Bosa had two in the three games he played.
When Bosa is on the field and healthy, he's one of the best pass rushers in the league, and while the 49ers
shouldn't force him back early, they could really use his help in a pivotal division game early in the year.
