The San Francisco 49ers have had a ton of injuries at wide receiver already this season, as they have Ricky Pearsall, Christian Kirk and De'Zhaun Stribling on injured reserve. Unfortunately, that trend doesn't appear to be stopping.
In the second quarter of the team's Week 2 matchup with the Miami Dolphins, 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy hit wide receiver Demarcus Robinson for a 20-yard gain. Robinson hobbled off the field after the play.
After a brief stint in the blue medical tent, trainers carted Robinson off the field. He's officially questionable to return with an ankle injury.
With Jordan Watkins a healthy scratch again this week, the 49ers only have Mike Evans, Deebo Samuel, Jacob Cowing and KhaDarel Hodge as healthy wideouts for the rest
of this game, if Robinson can't go.
