The San Francisco 49ers on Wednesday began their week of practice without any new injury problems cropping up on their practice report.
A trio of veterans — Nick Bosa, Trent Williams and Christian McCaffrey — were all out, but they got veteran rest days that should be commonplace for them during the regular season.
Another notable name is De’Zhaun Stribling who was out with an ankle injury. He’s expected to miss more than half the season. The team has delayed putting him on IR for now, though the expectation is he’ll go there with a chance to return this season.
