The San Francisco 49ers have had several players suffer injuries throughout their Week 3 contest against the Arizona Cardinals at Levi's Stadium.
After Mike Evans, Deommodore Lenoir (returned) and Trent Williams left with injuries, the 49ers had defensive lineman Gracen Halton and cornerback Renardo Green.
Halton was apparently injured on the extra point after Arizona's first touchdown of the game. It's unclear when Green went down.
If the 49ers don't get their rookie defensive lineman back, the already thin group gets even thinner. They're already playing without Mykel Williams, Alfred Collins, C.J. West and James Thompson Jr. in the middle of their defensive line. They'll only have Osa Odighizuwa, Kevin Givens, Sebastian Valdez and Naquan Jones
for the rest of this game.
At cornerback, things aren't much better. While Lenoir returned to action, the 49ers only have a few active, healthy cornerbacks. Jack Jones will join Lenoir and Upton Stout in the starting group. Now they may have to move Siran Neal back to cornerback for some depth.
