After Ricky Pearsall, Christian Kirk and De'Zhaun Stribling landed on the injured reserve, the San Francisco 49ers also lost Demarcus Robinson to an ankle injury early in their Week 2 battle with the Miami Dolphins.
Later in the contest, the injury bug hit the room again, as Mike Evans suffered a hip injury, and the team announced that he's questionable to return.
Evans appeared to wince a bit after a 27-yard catch-and-run in the third quarter that set Christian McCaffrey up for a 1-yard touchdown run to put the team up 35-6.
If Evans is out for the rest of the game, the 49ers only have Deebo Samuel, Jacob Cowing and KhaDarel Hodge left at receiver.
