Denver Broncos cornerback Pat Surtain went down with a non-contact injury late in the second quarter of Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Surtain was down on the field for a few moments before being helped off the field, walking slowly into the locker room. Surtain was replaced on defense by cornerback Jahdae Barron, the team's first-round pick in last year's NFL draft. Barron played across from Riley Moss with Ja'Quan McMillian continuing to play in the slot.
Surtain had totaled four tackles in the first half before leaving the game. View the play the the injury appeared to occur below.

Riley Moss and Jahdae Barron are the two outside
cornerbacks with Ja'Quan McMillian playing in the slot. Behind them on Denver's depth chart, the Broncos also have Kris Abrams-Draine. With PS2 sidelined, the team is down to four healthy cornerbacks on the active roster.
