After the Denver Broncos' Week 3 win over the Los Angeles Rams, they have worked themselves back into title contender status since dropping the ball in Week 1.
Future Pro Football Hall of Famer and current Fox Sports broadcaster Tom Brady released his latest top 10 personal power rankings earlier this week, and he placed the Broncos at No. 9, just ahead of the Baltimore Ravens and just behind the Detroit Lions
."Huge win (over the Rams) and having already played one of the NFL's toughest schedules, [I] give this team a lot of credit," Brady said. "Bo Nix gets it done once again in the fourth quarter; insane the way he plays coming down the stretch. And (defensive coordinator) Vance Joseph and this defense, give them a lot of credit for keeping
them in the game too."

The Broncos have made something of a weekly tradition of the late-game comeback in the past season and change. Denver won 11 one-score games in 2025, and both of their wins this season have also been one-score affairs.
Wide receiver Courtland Sutton knows the team's trend of second-half brilliance to first-half hair-pulling is baffling.
"We’re trying to be able to find a way to put together four quarters of what we’ve done the past two second halves," Sutton said. "Ultimately, trying to figure out a way, how do we come out fast? How do we consistently go out there and put up points?"
The Broncos will look to put all elements of their game plan together in one game as they begin October, one of the best months for a team since coach Sean Payton started in Denver in 2023, on the road against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 4.
