Coming off a 17-14 win over the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday Night Football last week, the Denver Broncos are now considered four-point favorites over the Arizona Cardinals going into Week 7, according to odds from BetMGM. The over/under for total points scored between the two teams has been set at 43.0.
The Cardinals are coming off an 18-16 win over the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, improving to 2-4 on the season. After securing their second win of the 2026 campaign, the Cards will return home to Arizona to host the Broncos in Week 7.
Denver has dominated the all-time series against the Cardinals 10-1-1, with Arizona's last win against the Broncos coming in 2010. Denver has won the last three meetings between the two clubs, including a 24-15 victory
in their most recent showdown in 2022.
After facing the Cardinals on the road in Week 7, the Broncos will return home to host the Kansas City Chiefs at Empower Field at Mile High in Week 8. Denver lost to the Chiefs 31-10 in Week 1.
