The Denver Broncos could be missing three key players when they face the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 5.
Denver cornerback Pat Surtain (ankle), wide receiver Pat Bryant (ankle) and cornerback Riley Moss (ribs) were not present for the portion of Thursday's practice open to media members after also sitting out Wednesday's practice. The good news is that coach Sean Payton said "I don't think so" when asked if those players will land on injured reserve. However, none of them are expected to suit up on Sunday.
Elsewhere on the injury front, outside linebacker Dondrea Tillman (hamstring) and tight end Adam Trautman (shoulder) were listed as limited on Wednesday. Their statuses for Thursday's practice will be revealed when the injury report comes out later
today. Tillman missed last week's game but is making good progress in his recovery.
Broncos CBs Pat Surtain (ankle) & Riley Moss (rib) & and WR Pat Bryant (ankle) again not present at practice Thursday and remain in line to not play Sunday at L.A. Chargers. OLB Dondrea Tillman (hamstring) again present at practice after missing 49ers game and limited Wednesday.

Meanwhile, in California, the Los Angeles Chargers are also dealing with a host of injuries. Among L.A.'s injured players are left tackle Rashawn Slater (ankle), left guard Kayode Awosika (fibula), guard/tackle Trevor Penning (concussion) and right tackle Joe Alt (neck). So L.A. could have a patchwork offensive line when they host the Broncos in Week 5.
Denver and L.A. are scheduled to practice again on Friday before releasing a final injury report with game statuses for Sunday's showdown at SoFi Stadium.
