Former NFL quarterback Tim Jenkins is back at it again, breaking down Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix film from his abbreviated action against the Green Bay Packers in Week 2 of the preseason. Nix was only in the game for 14 snaps, but Jenkins was excited by what he saw.
"I'm fired up for this one," Jenkins said on his All Things QB YouTube channel.
On one of Nix's first throws, Jenkins observed him scrambling out of the pocket, and was relieved to see his mobility uninhibited.
"What I will say is you love to see Bo move out of the pocket: looks healthy to me," Jenkins said.
On Nix's lone touchdown pass to RJ Harvey, Jenkins was complimentary of both Harvey and Nix.
"That's something that you got to be excited about when you're looking in Denver
is going, 'Man, holy smokes,'" Jenkins said of Harvey's route-running.
"Bo just looks comfortable in the pocket," Jenkins said of Nix. "Comfortability in the pocket coming back from injury. That's exactly what you want to see from your quarterback."
Overall, Jenkins saw the amazing potential of the team going forward this fall.
"I thought we actually learned something from this film in terms of I think where we can see this offense go with the Broncos," Jenkins said.

The potential for the Broncos offense is exciting; with wide receiver Jaylen Waddle now in the fold, and a full cadre of weapons at his disposal, Nix may be poised for a breakout year in 2026.
