11 players cut by Broncos remain free agents, including Taurean York

Two days after the Denver Broncos set their initial 53-man roster, nearly a dozen of their former players remain free agents.

The list is highlighted by undrafted rookie linebacker Taurean York, a prized UDFA signing this spring who received a notable contract for an undrafted player. After not making Denver's active roster and not landing on the 17-player practice squad

, York surprisingly remains a free agent.

Two other notable UDFAs still available are wide receiver/returner Cam Ross and outside linebacker Dasan McCullough. The latter had a visit with the New England Patriots on Tuesday, according to the NFL's transaction wire.
