The Denver Broncos made two changes to their practice squad ahead of Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
First, the Broncos signed wide receiver Eli Pancol. The 26-year-old receiver went to training camp with the Jacksonville Jaguars as an undrafted free agent out of Duke in 2025, and he spent the second half of his rookie season on the Indianapolis Colts' practice squad. Pancol also started the 2026 season on Indy's practice squad before being released last week. He'll now get a fresh start in Denver as a depth option.
Second, to make room for Pancol, the Broncos released defensive back Ugo Amadi, a 29-year-old nickelback who joined the team after cornerbacks Pat Surtain (ankle) and Riley Moss (ribs) went down with injuries in Week
4. With Moss back in the lineup and Surtain on the mend, Denver cut Amadi to add Pancol.
