The New Orleans Saints look at a trio of former Denver Broncos wide receivers this week, opting to sign one of them.
The Saints brought in receivers Courtney Jackson, Cam Ross and Kyrese Rowan for tryouts on Tuesday, according to the NFL's transaction wire. All three players entered the league with the Broncos as undrafted free agents. Rowan won the tryout and was signed to New Orleans' practice squad on Wednesday.
Jackson (5-11, 195 pounds) went to training camp with Denver in 2025, but did not make the active roster. He eventually landed on the Seattle Seahawks' practice squad and received a Super Bowl ring after their title-winning campaign last season.
Ross (5-10, 186 pounds) went to camp with the Broncos this summer, but did not make the 53-man
roster or 17-player practice squad. He's had several tryouts since being cut by Denver, including one with a division rival.
Rowan (5-10, 185 pounds) bounced on and off the Broncos' practice squad after joining the team as a UDFA in 2025, and he returned this summer but failed to make the active roster or practice squad after cuts. He'll now get a fresh start in New Orleans.
Elsewhere on the ex-Bronco front, cornerback Art Green had a tryout with the Arizona Cardinals and safety Keidron Smith joined the Chicago Bears' practice squad.
