After placing wide receiver Pat Bryant (ankle) on injured reserve on Friday, the Denver Broncos filled his former spot on the 53-man roster by promoting another receiver from the practice squad.
Denver promoted veteran receiver Lil'Jordan Humphrey to the active roster, giving them a fifth receiver behind Jaylen Waddle, Courtland Sutton, Troy Franklin and Marvin Mims.
To fill Humphrey's old spot on the practice squad, the Broncos signed defensive back Ugo Amadi. He will give the team more depth in the secondary following injuries to Pat Surtain (ankle) and Riley Moss (ribs).
