The Cleveland Browns waived former Denver Broncos running back Audric Estime on Monday, and he was claimed off waivers by the New Orleans Saints on Tuesday. The 23-year-old running back appeared in one game with Cleveland this fall, rushing nine times for 19 yards and one touchdown.
Estime (5-11, 227 pounds) was originally picked by the Broncos in the fifth round of the 2024 NFL draft out of Notre Dame. He rushed 76 times for 310 yards and two touchdowns in his rookie season before being cut by the Broncos in 2025. After that, Estime had stints with the Philadelphia Eagles, Saints and Minnesota Vikings before his stop in Cleveland. He'll now return to the Saints with 657 yards from scrimmage and four touchdowns on his résumé.
Elsewhere on the
ex-Bronco front, Cleveland signed offensive lineman Xavier Truss to their practice squad; the Los Angeles Chargers cut practice squad linebacker Garrett Nelson; running back Blake Watson had a tryout with the Dallas Cowboys; the Houston Texans cut Deuce Vaughn from their practice squad; the Jacksonville Jaguars cut practice squad long snapper Jacob Bobenmoyer; and linebacker Taurean York worked out for the Indianapolis Colts.
