The Denver Broncos had a busy Saturday, making six roster moves ahead of Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers.
First, the Broncos placed defensive lineman Eyioma Uwazurike (shoulder) on injured reserve, ruling him out for at least the next four games. To fill Uwazurike's old spot on the active roster, Denver activated wide receiver Pat Bryant (ankle) from IR to the 53-man roster.
Second, the Broncos re-signed safety Taylor Rapp to the practice squad after releasing him from the active roster on Saturday. To fill Rapp's old spot on the 53-man roster, Denver promoted cornerback Sean Fresch from the practice squad. The Broncos then elevated Rapp and running back Cody Schrader from the practice squad to the game-day roster for Week 9.
