The Denver Broncos are considering at least one free agent wide receiver today.
The Broncos are hosting Jamari Thrash for a workout, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo. Thrash (6-0, 190 pounds) is a third-year receiver out of Louisville who entered the league as a fifth-round pick with the Cleveland Browns in 2024.
The 25-year-old receiver appeared in 18 games through his first two seasons, totaling 13 receptions for 129 yards. Thrash was cut from Cleveland's injured reserve list last month.
Denver is likely looking for more depth options at receiver after losing Pat Bryant to a sprained ankle. If placed on injured reserve, Bryant would be required to sit out at least four games.

Thrash is this week's first known workout. There could be other players as well. If there are more players trying out today, we'll get the first list when the NFL's transaction wire is published later this afternoon.
