The NFL has made a Sunday Night Football flex decision for a game involving the Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers.
The league has opted not to move the Broncos (5-2) and Panthers (3-3) into the SNF window in Week 9, instead keeping the Chicago Bears (5-2) and Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-5) in the prime-time spotlight.
The Bears-Bucs showdown remains scheduled to begin at 6:20 p.m. MT (8:20 p.m. ET) on Sunday, Oct. 8. The contest will be nationally televised on NBC, which is available to stream on FuboTV and Peacock.
The Broncos-Panthers game, meanwhile, remains scheduled for 11:00 a.m. MT (1:00 p.m. ET) on CBS. First things first, though, the Broncos are focused on an upcoming home game against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 8 (Nov. 1).
