The Denver Broncos made two changes to their practice squad going into Week 1.
First, the Broncos brought back veteran safety Taylor Rapp, who had a brief stint with the team in August before being cut so he could return home for a personal matter. Rapp has now returned to the club, and he'll get up to speed on the practice squad. He can be elevated to the game-day roster three times, and Rapp figures to eventually be fully promoted to the active roster.
To make room for Rapp, Denver cut backup long snapper Luke Basso. The undrafted rookie will likely be kept in mind for down the road in case starting long snapper Mitchell Fraboni is ever unavailable.
