Each player's roster percentage is listed in parentheses, provided courtesy of ESPN data. Let's jump in.
5 fantasy football waiver wire targets
1. RB Jonah Coleman
(22%): It sounds like there's a chance that Dobbins and Harvey could both return in Week 3, but after his performance on Sunday, Coleman figures to have a role in Denver's offense going forward. And if there are any other injuries in the Broncos' backfield later this season, Coleman will be the obvious next man up. Another running back to target this week is Eagles RB Tank Bigsby after Saquon Barkley suffered a shoulder injury.
2. WR Devaughn Vele (54%): Vele had another solid outing with five receptions for 64 yards, drawing the second-most targets (seven) in New Orleans' offense. Another receiver to consider this week is Browns WR Denzel Boston, who hauled in five receptions for 95 yards and a touchdown on Sunday.
3. TE Juwan Johnson (52%): Johnson has quietly totaled seven receptions for 120 yards and one touchdown on 11 targets through the Saints' first two games of the season.
4. QB Tyler Shough (49%): Yup, it's Coleman and a trio of New Orleans players this week. Shough totaled 252 passing yards, threw a touchdown pass, added 23 rushing yards and scored on the ground in Week 2. Another quarterback worth considering is Panthers QB Bryce Young after his 287-yard, three-touchdown performance.
5. Packers DST (20%): After allowing 17 points and totaling four sacks on Sunday, Green Bay's now set to face the struggling Falcons on Thursday Night Football. Michael Penix, who averaged 1.89 sacks, 0.34 interceptions and 0.45 fumbles per game last season, will make his first start of the season against the Packers.
