Denver Broncos tight end Evan Engram and wide receiver Troy Franklin both turned heads with impressive catches against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.
Midway through the fourth quarter, when the game was tied, Engram hauled in a 17-yard pass from quarterback Bo Nix, diving down to scoop a low pass before it could hit the ground. Three plays later, running back Jonah Coleman scored on what ended up being a game-winning touchdown run.
"We owed them one from last year [when] they came in here," Engram said after a 20-13 win. "We had to make a statement. We had to respond from last week, and obviously, that game [where] they came in and did their thing last year, so it was great to get a win against a former team, and it's a good little jumpstart
for us moving forward.”

Earlier in the game, in the second quarter, Nix connected on a 27-yard pass to Franklin. The third-year receiver initially used one hand as he dove to bring the ball into his body for a catch.

Franklin's impressive grab set the Broncos up inside the Jaguars' ten-yard line. Unfortunately, the drive didn't end in points as Nix later threw an interception, but that doesn't negate Franklin's impressive effort.
After completing a comeback win against Jacksonville, Denver's now set to host the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday Night Football in Week 3. Engram and Franklin will look to carry the positive momentum from Sunday into that matchup.
