Going into the 2026 NFL season, Denver Broncos coach Sean Payton has 184 career wins on his résumé, which ranks second among active coaches, only trailing Andy Reid (279) of the Kansas City Chiefs.
Behind Reid and Payton are John Harbaugh (180) and Mike McCarthy (174). No other active coaches in the NFL have 100 wins, but Sean McVay (92 wins before the 2026 campaign) should join them this season.
