The Denver Broncos have released their depth chart ahead of a Thursday Night Football showdown with the Seattle Seahawks in Week 6.
Last week, Denver placed receiver Pat Bryant (ankle) on injured reserve, ruling him out for at least four games (he's missed one so far). To fill Bryant's former spot on the active roster, the Broncos promoted Lil'Jordan Humphrey from the practice squad to the 53-man roster
.Note that despite coming straight from the team, the club calls this an "unofficial" depth chart. However, it should still provide a rough idea of how players stack up, though perhaps with a few caveats.
Here's a look at the official "unofficial" depth chart from the Broncos ahead of the Seahawks game on Thursday.
Broncos depth chart

Quarterback (3)
- QB1: Bo Nix
- QB2: Jarrett Stidham
- QB3: Sam Ehlinger
Jarrett Stidham remains the primary
backup quarterback, a role he has held since Sean Payton arrived in 2023. Sam Ehlinger has remained loyal to the team as QB3 despite drawing interest from other clubs.
Running back (3)
- RB1: J.K. Dobbins
- RB2: RJ Harvey
- RB3: Tyler Badie
Jonah Coleman will spend at least one more game on injured reserve. In the meantime, Tyler Badie will handle RB3 duties. Denver also has Cody Schrader available on the practice squad.
Wide receiver (5)
- WR: Marvin Mims, Troy Franklin
- WR: Jaylen Waddle, Lil'Jordan Humphrey
- WR: Courtland Sutton
Pat Bryant (ankle) landed on injured reserve last week, and he has to sit out at least three more games. Lil'Jordan Humphrey provides more depth at the position in the meantime.
Tight end/fullback (5)
- TE1: Evan Engram
- TE2: Adam Trautman
- TE3: Nate Adkins
- TE4: Dallen Bentley
- FB: Adam Prentice
Dallen Bentley has been a healthy scratch for every game so far this season. If no injuries pop up, the seventh-round draft pick might have to wait until his second season to get an opportunity.
Offensive line (9)
- LT: Garett Bolles, Matt Peart
- LG: Ben Powers, Kage Casey
- C: Luke Wattenberg, Alex Forsyth
- RG: Quinn Meinerz, Kage Casey
- RT: Mike McGlinchey, Alex Palczewski
Kage Casey is listed as the backup guard for both spots, but Alex Palczewski filled in when left guard Ben Powers was injured last season. Palczewski is probably the top backup for both guard spots and right tackle.
Defensive line (7)
- DE: Zach Allen, Jordan Jackson, Tyler Onyedim
- NT: D.J. Jones, Sai'vion Jones
- DE: Malcolm Roach, Eyioma Uwazurike
Malcolm Roach (203 snaps) is listed as a starter, but Eyioma Uwazurike (176 snaps) has also been a key part of the defensive line rotation.
Outside linebacker (4)
- OLB: Nik Bonitto, Que Robinson
- OLB: Jonah Elliss, Dondrea Tillman
Jonathon Cooper (felony assault case) is currently on the commissioner's exempt list. Cooper can't practice or play in games until the NFL makes an updated ruling on his roster status. Cooper has a trial by jury scheduled for March.
Inside linebacker (4)
- LB: Alex Singleton, Jordan Turner
- LB: Justin Strnad, Karene Reid
Denver also has seventh-round draft pick Red Murdock providing additional depth on the practice squad.
Cornerback (5)
- CB1: Pat Surtain, Jahdae Barron
- CB2: Riley Moss, Kris Abrams-Draine
- Nickel: Ja’Quan McMillian, Jahdae Barron
Pat Surtain (ankle) and Riley Moss (ribs) are both dealing with injuries, but Moss is practicing this week. Jahdae Barron and Kris Abrams-Draine filled in at cornerback last week, and the team elevated Brent Austin and Sean Fresch from the practice squad to the game-day roster for more depth.
Safety (5)
- S: Talanoa Hufunga, JL Skinner, Tycen Anderson
- S: Brandon Jones, Devon Key
Seventh-round draft pick Miles Scott is also available on the practice squad, and Denver added veteran Taylor Rapp to the practice squad ahead of the regular season.
Special teams
- K: Wil Lutz
- P: Jeremy Crawshaw
- LS: Mitchell Fraboni
- KR: Marvin Mims, Tyler Badie, RJ Harvey
- PR: Marvin Mims, Riley Moss
Marvin Mims has handled punt returns when healthy this season, but RJ Harvey and Tyler Badie have served as the team's primary kickoff returners this fall.
