Through the first two weeks of the season, Arizona State receiver Reed Harris has performed like one of the top receivers in the Big 12, leading the conference in both receiving yards and receiving touchdowns and is third in receptions.
Among the other receiving standouts is Baylor's Gavin Freeman, who is top in receptions and second in receiving yards. He had his second 100-yard game of the season against Prairie View with 10 receptions for 104 yards, including his longest reception, which was 32 yards.
Going against Oregon, Oklahoma State quarterback Drew Mestemaker found his top receiver in Wyatt Young, who finished the game with five receptions for 121 yards and a touchdown en route to the Cowboys' upset win over the Ducks. Young was also
Mestemaker's top target in their season-opening loss against Tulsa.
