The Big 12 went mostly as expected in Week 3, with just a few scores going against the grain.
One surprise was West Virginia taking down a ranked Virginia team on the road. Elsewhere, many were shocked by Colorado's embarrassing loss in Evanston to Northwestern and Cincinnati nearly fell at home to Miami (OH). Arizona, TCU, Oklahoma State, Utah, and BYU all collected blowout wins.
Kansas State and Arizona State pulled out close wins over Tulane and Kansas, respectively. Baylor picked up a win at Louisiana Tech, and UCF was pushed by Georgia State, but secured the victory.
