West Virginia's game against Cincinnati was supposed to be a rushing battle. However, only one player reached 100 yards: Cincinnati's Cole Tabb, with 118 rushing yards and two touchdowns.
Utah's elite running back, Wayshawn Parker, was held in check, finishing with 98 rushing yards and no touchdowns. Aiden Florda (Iowa State) was on bye.
