Week 4 finished up late Saturday evening, and Colorado football is 2-2 following another disappointing performance at Baylor in the Buffaloes' Big 12 opener. In the latest US LBM Coaches Poll, Colorado was unsurprisingly absent, but multiple Big 12 teams made the poll.
BYU leads the conference, holding steady at No. 9. Texas Tech, which looked a bit shaky against Sam Houston, does not drop and remains at No. 10. Utah moves up two spots to No. 13, rounding out the conference's top three teams. Houston is back in the poll after dropping out last week, landing at No. 20 as the last-ranked Big 12 team.
Oklahoma State is the first team left out of the poll, receiving 126 votes. Cincinnati (35 votes), Arizona (3 votes) and West Virginia (1 vote) were
the three other Big 12 teams in the receiving votes section.
Elsewhere in college football, the top three remained the same, with Texas, Georgia and Notre Dame leading the way. Miami moved up to No. 4, while Indiana, which staved off Northwestern, fell one spot to No. 5. Ohio State (No. 6) and Alabama (No. 7) moved up one spot as well.
Florida and UCLA were the biggest movers of the week, moving up a whopping 14 spots to No. 8 and No. 23, respectively. Mississippi State also moved up 11 spots to No. 16. Penn State (No. 22) fell eight spots, the largest drop of the week, after an upset loss to Wisconsin. Louisville, Texas A&M, Washington, and Oklahoma fell out of the updated poll.
