After securing a narrow 55-52 win over Italy (1-1) on Sunday, USA Basketball (2-0) secured its trip to the quarterfinals of the 2026 FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup.
But, Team USA and Caitlin Clark would like to put together a more complete performance and find a groove before the quarterfinals arrive on Thursday.
Team USA will look to do so in its final contest of Group D pool play as the Americans battle Czechia (0-2) at Berlin Arena in Berlin, Germany.

Clark had an uncharacteristic performance against Italy, with her only point coming from the free-throw line. The 6-foot guard missed all six of her field goal attempts, including an 0 for 3 day beyond the arc. Clark did register four rebounds, two steals and
one assist.
