More than two years after she re-signed with Nike ahead of her WNBA rookie season and countless colorway debuts, former Hawkeye Caitlin Clark's Signature shoe, the Caitlin 1, will finally be released to the public.
The Nike Caitlin 1 releases to the public on Thursday, Oct. 1, in two colorways. According to Nike's live product listing, those two colors will be the "Caitlin Blue" and "Warning Code Yellow," and the shoes will be priced at $140 for adults, $115 for "big kids," and $105 for "little kids."
Clark first debuted the "Caitlin Blue" colorway of her Caitlin 1 shoes on court in a WNBA game on June 18 against the Atlanta Dream, and has since unveiled over a dozen other unique color combinations that will certainly soar off the shelves in the coming
months.

No matter the colorway, each pair of Caitlin 1 shoes features a Nike Opticast upper, a new material made from cast polyurethane nodes designed to help reduce drag and improve movement efficiency on the court, according to Nike.
The shoe's tongue features Clark's interlocking "CC" logo, while the No. 22 appears on the lace loop below it. The text "Shoot More Threes," "From Anywhere," and "It was never a long shot" also appears throughout the outsole.

Where to buy the Caitlin 1
Release Date and Time: Thursday, Oct. 1 at 9 a.m. CT.
Both colorways of the Caitlin 1 shoes release on Thursday, Oct. 1 at 9 a.m. CT on the Nike SNKRS app and select retailers. A product listing is also live on Nike's website.
Scheels will sell the Caitlin 1 shoes, but for now it only offers the "Caitlin Blue" colorway in adult sizes. Finish Line, which has several Iowa locations, is also carrying the release according to its website.

Fans hoping to buy a pair through Dick's Sporting Goods must enter a drawing through the retailer's app. Selected customers can purchase the shoes and pick them up in store.
Will the Caitlin 1 sell out?
If Clark's previous sneaker releases are any indication, they might sell out in the blink of an eye.
All four of her player-exclusive Nike Kobe shoes sold out within minutes of their online releases. On resale platform StockX, Clark's Kobe 5 and Kobe 6 models have averaged between $260 and $415, which is well above their original retail prices of $190 to $200.
Fans who miss the initial Caitlin 1 release will have more opportunities to buy the shoe. Nike has announced several additional colorways that will be released throughout the end of the calendar year, including the red "Midnight Fever," the purple "Venom," the white-and-blue "Ice Cold," and the sand-colored "Cave Stone."
How much is the Caitlin Clark Nike Collection apparel?

In addition to Clark's shoes, Nike will also sell various items from the Caitlin Clark Nike Collection.
Those items include hoodies, t-shirts, jackets, pullovers, athletic shorts, and long pants in both adult and kids' sizes. Depending on the product and size (adult or kids'), prices range from $35 to $325.
Nike is also selling a 22'' by 32'' poster featuring Clark for $20.
Iowa City pop-up shop, fan activities planned for Nike Caitlin 1 debut
To celebrate the launch of the Nike Caitlin 1, Nike and Dick's Sporting Goods are setting up a pop-up merchandise truck near the University of Iowa campus in Iowa City to sell the "Caitlin Blue" and "Warning Code Yellow" colorways, along with other Clark apparel.
Additionally, attendees can take part in various basketball-themed carnival games, including a 22-foot 3-point challenge, as well as friendship bracelet stations and several Iowa City food vendors on site.
Nike is also constructing a court on the edge of the University of Iowa campus that will host the Iowa women's basketball team, UI student intramurals, and a 3-point contest.
The pop-up shop will be open Thursday, Oct. 1, from 4-8 p.m. CT; Friday, Oct. 2, from 12-8 p.m. CT; and Saturday, Oct. 3, from 8 a.m.-noon CT, before No. 14 Iowa takes on No. 6 Ohio State at Kinnick Stadium.
