After Caitlin Clark secured gold with USA Basketball at the 2026 FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup on Sunday in Berlin, Germany, when can fans see the former Hawkeye and the Indiana Fever (26-14) resume their WNBA regular season?
Following a 21-day hiatus since Indiana's 111-91 home win over Connecticut on Aug. 28, the Fever have just four games remaining on their 2026 regular-season schedule. With its playoff spot already clinched, the Fever are still battling for home-court advantage in a razor-thin WNBA standings race.
As it stands, the Fever hold the No. 5 seed. The Atlanta Dream hold a standings tiebreaker over the Fever. Indiana is one game back of the No. 3 seed Las Vegas Aces.
