After recording her 14th double-double of the season and 33rd of her career in Friday night's 103-85 win over the Toronto Tempo, Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever (27-14) return home to host former Hawkeye Lucy Olsen and the Washington Mystics (25-16) this evening at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
On Friday, Clark poured in 28 points on 7 for 15 shooting, 2 for 8 from 3-point range, and 12 for 12 at the free-throw line, while adding 14 assists and six rebounds in 34 minutes. Combined with teammate Kelsey Mitchell's 33 points, the dynamic backcourt duo supplied Indiana with 61 of their 103 points against the Tempo.
With three games remaining in the regular season and minimal margin for error in the standings, today's matchup is crucial to the Fever's
pursuit of home-court advantage in their WNBA playoffs best-of-three first-round series.
