Caitlin Clark is readying for her major international debut with USA Basketball. The former Hawkeye joins a loaded Team USA roster in Berlin, Germany, with hopes of claiming its fifth consecutive and 12th overall world title at the 2026 FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup.
Team USA has been placed in Group D, where they will play a round-robin group stage against three other countries: China, Italy and Czechia.
At the end of the group phase, the first-place finisher in each group qualifies directly to the quarterfinals. Second- and third-place teams in the group stage would meet in a single-elimination game to advance to the quarterfinals, with cross matchups between Groups A and B and between Groups C and D.

- Sunday, Sept. 6: vs. Italy (1:45 p.m. CT on TNT, HBO Max)
- Monday, Sept. 7: vs. Czechia (1:45 p.m. CT on TNT, truTV, HBO Max)
If Clark and USA Basketball are the first-place finishers in Group D, they would meet the winner of the elimination game between Group B's second-place finisher and Group A's third-place finisher.
